This includes defining personas and analyzing market and competitive conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Defining what the product team will deliver and the timeline for implementation. This includes creating a\u00a0release plan, capturing actionable feedback and ideas, and prioritizing features.<\/li>\n<li>Providing cross-functional leadership, most notably between engineering teams, sales and marketing, and support. A key aspect of this is communicating progress against the\u00a0product roadmap\u00a0and keeping everyone informed of updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>UX lead<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As UX lead I managed the design team,\u00a0 trying to improve the overall quality of work and assess and develop the hard and soft skills of the members of the UX- team.
